Ed Martin, the newly appointed DOJ pardon attorney and leader of its Weaponization Working Group, is currently investigating claims of improper use of the presidential autopen during the concluding days of the Biden administration.
Martin disclosed that the investigation commenced several weeks ago and encompasses serious allegations from a whistleblower, a senior Democrat associated with Biden’s 2020 campaign.
The whistleblower identified Ron Klain, Anita Dunn, Robert Bauer, Steve Ricchetti, and First Lady Jill Biden as “gatekeepers” who purportedly managed autopen access for personal gain.
Reports indicating that Biden’s signature was affixed to documents during his absence, coupled with worries regarding his cognitive health, have prompted House Republicans to request interviews with key aides and Biden’s physician.
